AirScalp billing has two separate parts: the annual software subscription and any travel transaction a user authorizes. The planned beta subscription is $99 per year. Airfare and provider charges are separate.
Subscription billing
The annual beta fee provides access to supported monitoring, rules, alerts, approvals, and booking workflows. Joining the early-access list does not begin billing.
User-provided API access
Beta users provide their own key for a supported flight-data provider. Provider usage charges and quotas are not part of the AirScalp subscription.
Saved payment authorization
A payment method is needed only for purchase-enabled rules. Adding a payment method does not turn every monitoring rule into a booking rule. The user must explicitly select an action mode and define a hard maximum for the specific trip.
AirScalp will identify the payment provider and storage model offered to invited users before requesting card entry. Never send card information through a public form or email.
Travel charges and fare rules
Airline and booking-provider policies govern ticket changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds. A subscription cancellation does not cancel a ticket, and a ticket refund does not automatically refund the subscription.
